Layer It Up!/ It's A Chocolate Kinda Day by Crystal Cleveland

Layer It Up!/ It's A Chocolate Kinda Day by Crystal Cleveland  There are days were I feel stressed out and I will reach for chocolate. Nothing seems to soothes my soul more than chocolate and a hot drink. I made this card with this in mind during the Christmas rush to get things done. Sometimes we need just to sit back and relax kick our feet up and have a warm drink a piece of chocolate and enjoy everything around us. For me I enjoy the snow days when school's cancelled and me and my grandkids can sit back and...

Layer It Up!/ Christmas Cracker by Crystal Cleveland

Embossed Joy Chalkboard by Crystal Cleveland Today I bring you a plaque that I made using a chalk board I purchased from the DT. I got my inspiration from Maymay when I saw her do a video stamping on wooden ornament trees. I've had these chalk boards for over a year and  I decided to try out embossing on them. The results where better than I imagined!  I had my husband drill 2 holes in them so I could run a ribbon hanger,  but you could use twine or thin rope. Here is the link to Maymays video: https://youtu.be/KurLSzinlUg I...

Emboss Like A Boss/ heat and dry emboss/Vintage Cracked Glass Technique by Crystal Cleveland

Vintage Cracked Glass Technique by Crystal Cleveland   I love vintage things! I came across an old photo of myself about a year ago, it was taken when I was about 3 or 4 years old. I couldn't believe how worned it looked! It got me thinking about how I could do this with stamps and ink. I played around with the embossing powder and I really liked how it turned out. I thought I had created something new and different. Since then I have been looking up ideas on pinterest and I found out sadly that this technique has...
