We happily accept returns and exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost and shipping. Due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20% restocking and order processing fee for any other returns and cancellations. If you duplicate your order, you will receive store credit for the items that you have duplicated, this will be offered at the discretion of Maymay Made It as we would expect you to keep accurate records of the items in which you have purchased. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the return maybe seen by the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
