Snowflake Bokeh Christmas Card by Crystal Cleveland

Bokeh is a Japanesse word that means blur. To me Christmas means the blur of colored lights and snowflakes and seeing displays in shop windows. I remembered as a young girl we would go down town Columbus to see all the Christmas displays in the shop windows. This card was inspired from those memories.
For this project you will need the following materials:

silver glitter paper
This card clear embossing powder was used to make the snowflakes
This card a pearlized embossing powder was used to make the snowflakes
