Happy Hibiscus Card Idea

The Happy Hibiscus Stamp is a layering stamp, but on this project I wanted to show how each stamp can be used separately. This was so much fun to color, but you can use colored ink to stamp a solid image as well. I love the blue and green color combination and I used my Tombow Markers to color the flowers.
