Maymay Made It — nuvo water brushes

Today's challenge was to make a gift tag that had at least one snowflake on it. I began with a 4 and 1/2 inch blank gift tag. I used my Memento Dew Drops ink and blended the background in light pastel shades. I actually used the scarf from the MMI Stamp Set "Ginger Fred" to make the snowflake! I finished off the snowflake using my Nuvo watercolor pencils to enhance the edges. Then I added some bling and a ribbon. Spot Light Card  This black and white to color card, is basically coloring images within a shape with bright colors, and then leaving the images outside the shape a neutral color.
