First, I cut a piece of 5 inches square Canson XL watercolour paper. Then I used my wreath maker to stamp the leaves from the Fall Leaves Stamp Set by Joy Clair. I used distress inks in fall colours to stamp these images. I wanted these leaves to have a watercolour effect, so I spritzed them with water using my Tim Holtz Distress Sprayer after inking them and then stamped the images. Next, I used VersaFine Onyx Black ink to stamp the images from the Happy Fall Y'all Stamp Set by Maymay Made It. Since I wanted the images to be darker, I stamped them twice. After that, I distressed the edges using Ripe Persimmon Distress Oxide Ink along with a Mini Ink Blending Tool.
I wanted to emboss the sentiment, and so, I prepped the cardstock by rubbing the Embossing Magic Pad on it to remove any static. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Fall Leaves Stamp Set using VersaMark ink, sprinkled Black Sparkle embossing powder by Hero Arts, dusted off the excess and heat set it. I embellished the card using Dandelion Yellow, English Mustard, Apple Green and Ripened Pumpkin Nuvo drops. Finally, I stuck it to a white top folding card base.
