Doggy Treat Bags

Hi Everyone Happy Wednesday To You!

Today, I want to share a really fun and easy project for the dog people in your life!

These treat bags are so easy to make.

Here is what I used:

Cardstock:

Black Cardstock: 6.5 x 5 (score at 2.5 on the 5 side)
Black Cardstock: 1.5 x 2
White Cardstock: 2.25 x 6.25
White Cardstock: 1.25 x 1.75
Snack Size Zip Bags
Spectrum Noir Markers (color Maple)
Dog Treats

Here is how I did it:

Fold black cardstock on score mark, this will create the tag topper. On the larger white cardstock, with black ink, stamp the dog on the right side. Color in with marker. On the smaller white cardstock, same black ink, stamp the greeting. Adhere the smaller black cardstock on the white piece with the dog. Place treats inside the bag. Once the bag is filled, staple the folded black piece to the bag. Adhere the white piece on top of that, this will hide the staples. Place some foam squares on the back of the greeting piece and pop this on the smaller black piece. Wala!

Tip:

Measure the bag you are using width wise to make sure this size fits. If not, this can very easily be adjusted to fit your bag. You can use any treat in the bag. I think this would be a great (fun) gift to give someone that maybe is getting a puppy for Christmas. Great to give to shelters or a veterinarian to hand out as well.

Don't have a dog? No problem. Maymay also has a really cute stamp set called Critter Christmas, that would be puurfect for cat people :)

Hope you all have a Wonderful Wednesday. Hugs, Stacy ♥
