Today's project is super easy and a lot of fun to make.
These are great to hand out at classroom parties, stocking stuffers or just a small thank you gift to someone special.
Here is what I used:

Here is the how to:
Crease both pieces of the red cardstock with a bone folder. To create the pocket for the candy cane, apply adhesive to the (2 x 4) red cardstock in the center. (the 2 x 2) area. Line that up with the (2 x 8.5) red cardstock where the 2 x 2 piece is near the score line. Once that is adhered, apply adhesive the .5 inch flaps and adhere to back of the 2 x 8.5 piece. We are basically using this piece to form a box. You can use a corner rounder at the top of this piece if you want.
Now we are working with the white pieces of cardstock. If you used a corner round on the red piece do the same to the larger white. Using the larger greenery piece and green ink, stamp these all over the larger white. Use the smaller greenery on the smaller white. Adhere the white square to the front of the holder and the larger piece on the inside. I used the same green ink for the greeting. TIP: I only wanted the words "Christmas Greetings" so before I inked the stamp up, I put scotch tape across the word fond, inked the stamp and then removed the tape. I used a scallop oval to punch this piece out and a larger oval with a scrap of red. Apply foam squares to the back of the greeting, adhere to red and then adhere this piece on the square piece of the holder.
I also used some glue dots on the back of the candy cane to help hold in place and tied a bow with some rafia.
