You're The Best Apple Card

Hi Everyone Happy Wednesday To You!

Today I want to share a really fun and simple card with you.

I am really happy with how this card turned out, and I love the colors.

Here is what I used:

Cardstock:

Red cardstock base: 8.5 x 5.5 (score at 4.25)
Red for front: 2 5/8 x 3.5
Green cardstock: 2 at 4 x 5.25
White for inside: 3.75 x 5
White for front layer: 1 5/8 x 3.75 and 3.25 x 3.75
White for greeting: 2 3/8 x 3.25

Apple of my eye stamp

Art glitter glue

Bone folder

Cricut trimmer

Black ink

Red ink

Green ink

Foam tape

Assembly:

Use the trimmer and bone folder to score cardstock at 4.25, set aside. Take the two white pieces for the front layer (1 5/8 x 3.75 and 3.25 x 3.75). Using the small grass piece from the stamp set and green ink, stamp the grass all over the smaller of the two white pieces. Do the same with other white piece using the apple from the stamp set with red ink. Adhere these two pieces to the green layer using art glitter glue, and then adhere this to front of the card base.

For the greeting: Use the black ink to stamp the sign on the (2 3/8 x 3.25) white piece. Stamp the grass below the sign, sort of forming a hill. Then stamp on an apple. Adhere the red (2 5/8 x 3.5) piece to the front of the card on angle. Use foam tape on the back of the greeting piece and place on top of the red for the front.

For the inside: Stamp grass along the bottom edge of the white cardstock and then an apple in the bottom right corner. Adhere this to the other green piece and glue to inside of the card.

Hope all of you have a Wonderful Wednesday. Hugs, Stacy ♥
