Truly Grateful this Fall Card

Hey everyone! Hope all of you are having a fabulous Tuesday! Fall is almost here for us in Southern California so to get in the Fall mood, I decided to create this Truly Grateful card. I hope everyone enjoys this card, I know I was very excited to be able to use two if my favorite stamp sets to create this card!
