For today's card I began with a card base cut at 4.25x5.5". I added a patterned cardstock to the background and my main focus was the sentiment. I popped the sentiment up on some foam squares for added dimension. I used Maymay Made It God's Blessings stamp set. I accented the corners with some sequins. For today’s fun project, I made a welcoming door hanger! I began by cutting the door hanger shape from a door hanger template, however, a door hanger could also easily be cut by hand or by using a circle die for the center handle cutout. Measurements for the door hanger are 9.5” x 3.5” I used Kraft cardstock since colored pencils show up beautifully on it. This card was created using the Fall Stitched Up Stamp Set. This adorable stamp set is great for creating lots of Fall Season Greeting Cards. I love the stitching around each of the Fall shapes. This would be a great set for gift tags and Thanksgiving Cards.  The Color Throwdown Challenge for this card was to use pink, brown and orange. I used my Tombow Markers to color the leaves and punched out some brown scallops to layer the leaves. Giving the orange leaves a brown background makes a big difference.
