Pictorial Design Team creator Mackie shows you how easy it is to make a Pop-Up card featuring the Just Believe stamp set ....

Supplies Needed:
Darice Manger die set
1.Cut and score all card stock with the measurements :
~Black cardstock-Card Base: 5 X 10 inches -scored at 5 Inches
~Black cardstock for die cutting the Manger 5 X5 inches
~White cardstock Inside: 4 ½ X 9 inches- scored at 4 ½ inches
White cardstock -Front 4 ¼ X 4 ¼ inches
White cardstock- Inside 4 X 3 ½ inches
Blue cardstock -Front 4 ½ X 4 ½ inches
Blue cardstock-Inside 4 X 4 ½ inches
2..I sponged the Distress inks on ½ of the inside white card stock panel. It’s a good idea to cover the other half with Post it notes or other covering to prevent getting any ink on the other half. Notice that I left the center area lighter in the middle .
Next I stamped stars from the Just Believe  stamp set onto the blue area to create a beautiful night sky.
3.Die cut the Manger Scene in black cardstock
4.To create the pop up mechanism, fold this inside panel (after it has dried thoroughly from the sponging of the ink) in half at the score line.
Take your scissors and cut 4 lines as shown in the photo at the fold. The length of these cuts will be determined by the size of your die cut that you will be using.
5.. Before you glue the die to the pop up mechanism, test it to see if any of the die will poke out when it is folded. (I had to trim the rays of the star off of my die so it wouldn’t show when it was folded and closed.)
6.Stamp your sentiment on the 4 X 3 ½ inch white cardstock. Attach this to the blue 4 X 41/2 and attach to the inside of your card.
7.Stamp the Front white 4 ¼ X 4 ¼ with the JUST BELIEVE stamp, and attach it to the other blue panel and attach this to the front of the card.
