Inked Background Card

Hi everyone,

Today I want to share a simple and fun card with you using one of my all time favorite stamp sets that maymay has. Sweet Stuff. This stamp is so sweet, I absolutely love it!

To make this background, just take a large acrylic block. Stamp the block with ink. I chose 3 colors. Then I squirted it with plain water until it was bubbly and used the block as a stamp pad and stamped the background onto a piece of white card stock. You can do the same thing with smaller blocks too. As I said, endless ways to create this!

I also stamped the background (once dry) with some images from the Sweet Stuff stamp set. Put it on a black card base so the colors can pop. I then stamped the greeting onto a piece of white and put that on a piece of black for the front.

I love stamps that have images and greetings. To me, it is kind of like a buy one get one. With this set, it is great for treat bags, a gift for a friend, and any holiday! So versatile.

Supplies I used:

Sweet Stuff Stamp Set

Art Glitter Glue

Black Card Stock

White Card Stock

Ink Pads

Acrylic Block

I hope all of you have a great day. Hugs, Stacy
