~~MEASUREMENTS~~

(2) pieces of cardstock and cut them at 1 3/4" x 2 1/2" and then score in half at 7/8" ... then take a punch and chomp of the corners to make it look like a tabs, we then added a eyelet to the middle of the tabs. We use a 3/16" hole punch See video for the adding on the folio
