--Hat base: 4 1/4" x 7 " score 1/2" flip and score at 1/2" on the 7" side @ 2 1/2" only to the 1/2" score line, 3 1/2" all. the way down , and 4 1/2" only to the 1/2' score line
--Hat brim: glitter cardstock cut to 1 1/2" x 4 1/4" and then 1 piece of black cardstock cut to 1 1/2" x 4 1/4"
--Pull Tab: Cut 2 pieces of Glitter cardstock at 3/4" with a scallop circle punch
--Back sentiment section: 2 1/2" x 3"
--Front Sentiment strip: 1" x 4 "
