Shaker Card using Tulle This technique is a lot easier than it looks. Tulle is used instead of acetate and gives it a very feminine look. Sequins are sandwiched between two layers of tulle and red line double sided tape holds the sequins were you want them.  My Mom has been gone for over ten years but I always think of her around her birthday.
