Simple Easter Cross Card DT Project Created By Joylita D'Souza

Today I made a clean and simple Easter card using the Garden Party and Patina Stamp Sets by Maymay Made It.

First, I cut a piece of Canson paper into two strips and used Tea Dye Distress Ink along with a mini ink blending tool to colour it. To add the wood texture, I used a stamp from the Patina Stamp Set and stamped it using Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I then stuck these two strips together using art glitter glue.

After that, I cut a piece of Canson paper to 4 * 5 1/4 inches. I marked the area where I wanted to place the cross using a pencil. Then I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Garden Party Stamp Set using Aged Mahogany, Fired Brick, Barn Door, Shaded Lilac, Dusty Concord, Ripe Persimmon, Fossilized Amber, Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks. Once I was happy with the background I stuck the cross on it. As a final step, I stuck this panel on a black A2 card base using art glitter glue.
