Piano Easel Card Tutorial

 

 Ebony and Ivory, together they make beautiful harmony....Music soothes the soul! Today's card was inspired by a subscriber, Melody.  It would be the perfect card for birthdays, get well, sympathy and all occasions in between.  So gather up those supplies and let's make music, I mean a card! 

Supplies needed:

Then Sings My Soul

Black cardstock

White cardstock

Uniball Signo gel pen-white

Angle Chomper

Scoreboard

**Trimmer**

Stylus

Bone folder

Art Glitter Glue

Measurements:

Base:  5 1/2 x 8 1/2 (makes a A2 size card) on the 8 1/2 inch side score at 2 1/8 and 4 1/4 inches

Top portion for card front :  4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches

Music paper card front:    4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches

Inside strip:  5 1/2 x 3 inches

Music paper on inside of card base:   3 x 5 1/2 inches

Music holder/stand on card front:   3 1/4 x 2 inches 

Music holder bottom strip:  2 3/4 x 3/8 inches

Sheet music decoration on card front:   4 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches

Easel section:

Strip:    1 1/2 x 5 1/2  in black cardstock

Sentiment strip:   1 1/4 x 5 1/2

Keys:     Black: 10 pieces of black cardstock cut to 1 x 3/8 inches

              White: 14 pieces of white cardstock cut to 1 1/2x 3/8 inches
