Process:

I have been wanting to make one of these cards for a long time, so this sweet froggy stamp set just asked for it! I felt like they just needed lots of movement. My first step was to study Maymay’s Twist Pop Card Tutorials on YouTube and decide which one I wanted to use. Next, following her instructions, I created the twist and pop base. The patterned paper is called, “Flish Flies” from Carta Bella. Then I positioned my stamps in my Stamp Platform and stamped, then colored (using COPIC Markers) and fussy cut out all of my images and glued wobbly eyes onto the cute froggies. Next I arranged them onto the four panels where I liked them best and glued them down. My next step was stamping the background bugs, grass and movement lines then I colored them in also with COPIC Markers as well. Once they were colored in I colored in the sky and made clouds with my colorless blender. I layered these colored panels onto black cardstock and glued them down onto my twist pop panel. For the front of the card I glued on the same patterned paper. Heat embossed the sentiment in white on black cardstock then glued it down. And there you go! Fun! Fun! Fun!

Thanks again for stopping by the Maymay Made It Blog crafty friends! Happy crafting!

Inky hugs,
Candace Gillespie
