Christmas Flower card with a difference:

Hello all,

Welcome to another blog post, today I was creating some prototypes for upcoming design team videos and the Angel from Sweet Angel reminded me of flower petals so I decide to create a festive poinsettia style flower for a card. The card I decided to create was 5x7", I have no inlays on this card instead I used glitter washi tape to decorate the back ground, I also used some scrap paper to create the leaves that pop out from behind my Angel Flower.

Step 1: I stamped out 5 Angels images on each of the green and red (so 10 in total) festive designer card from a pad in my stash, I used Nuvo Hybrid inks in red and green to stamp the images out then fussy cut them.

Step 2: Stamp out the larger sunflower form Sunflower Wishes and cut out.

Step 3 Cut out some leaves, I free handed mine.

Step 4: glue each angel flower petal at what is technically the head of the angel onto one another in a stacking formation, one on top of the other making sure to fan them out into a flower shape.

Step 5: decorate your card base with washi.

Step 6: Glue the flower and leaves to card using the Art Glitter Glue

Thank you for popping by:

This is a very pretty card. You would never know this was using the angel from the sweet angel stamp set.
