Valentine Cards for Boys and Girls

I have gotten some requests to show how to make some Valentine cards for boys, I think these will work for both boys and girls.  I had so much fun playing around and figuring these guys out.  The video shows you how to put them all together and below each card here I have the supply list.

For the first card I did a puppy dog from heart punches.  He is so easy and you could use this little guy for all kinds of projects.  This is what you need to make him.

2.5 inch heart punch
Happy Tree Stamp Set (out of stock till Christmas in July)
White Gelly Roll Pen
Art Glitter Glue Versafine Onyx Black Ink
Clear Block

For these funny eyes that could look like glasses or even binoculars I used my circle punches.  I love how this one turned out, I think the colors of the card stock are just as important, the boldness really makes the glasses stand out.

Tater Stamp Set
1 inch circle punch
1 1/4 inch circle punch
1/2 circle punch

White Gelly Roll Pen

I think this card is my favorite of all!  I had more fun than you could imagine doing these silly little monsters/aliens.  You don't really need anything but a marker to duplicate this, you can free hand this whole card but how fun to pull out your stamp sets and make good use of them.

Happy Tree Stamp Set (Due back during Christmas in July)
Versafine Ink

Sakura Black Markers

I hope you are inspired to make some fun and funny cards for your Valentine this year.  If you do please share them with us on our Facebook group, Maymay Made It and So Did I.  I would love to see them.  We also have two great contest going right now you can get involved with.  The details are on the facebook group page for you.

Have a great day!!
