In this video, I pulled out ALL the inks — pigment, dye, and oxide — and tested 8 different ink blending techniques to see what really works and what gives the best results.
We tried: • Traditional blending • Priming the cardstock first (NEW for me!) • Different blending tools • Layering techniques • And more experimenting than I usually allow myself
You know I don’t love getting messy… but today I decided to just play and see what would happen — and I’m so glad I did!
At the end, I turned some of those blended backgrounds into 3 finished cards so you can see how these techniques look on real projects.
