This is a workshop offered at Maymay's Made It Con in Fort Worth, Texas
March  15  @ 5:00   taught by Edith Wray of Scrapbookingwithme.com

In this workshop, we will show you just how easy it is to distress wood, paint and make the wood look old farmhouse style. We will use our Cricut to size and cut out the words in vinyl, but then use the negative part as stencil to paint the “Home Sweet Home”. We will then distress paint a mason jar to make it look old and attach it to our sign. Using twine to hang from the top makes a wonderful home décor piece.
Added Bonus- Two Workshops in One...
Heat transfer image into candle

Using our heat tool, printer or Cricut pens and some wax paper, we will show you how to create a beautiful gift on just a regular wax candle. This image is heated into the candle. This can be done using any image, words or even family photos. What a great wedding, anniversary or Christmas gift.
The finished piece will be given away at the end of the class.
