I am going to be bringing you a few card storage ideas over the next month. I feel that January is the perfect time to get ourselves ready for card mailing all year long. Hope you enjoy this first idea.
6x6 Magazine File Box Card Organizer
Measurements:
12 x 12 cardstock score at 6 inches, turn and score at 4 1/2 and 7 1/2 inches
Front of the box piece is 4 x 3 1/4: scored at 1/2 on all four sides (mark for angle is one inch from the center scores and 2 1/4 inch up from the middle score)
Front panel piece 3 x 2 1/4
Side bottom strips 2 1/4 x 6
Angle Side Panel 4 1/2 x 7 inches
A2 Magazine Card Organizer
Measurements:
12x12 piece of cardstock scored at 4 1/2 and 7 1/2, on this side, make pencil marks at 3 1/2 and 8 1/2 for the angle fold later. Rotate in your scoreboard and score at 6 and 10 1/2 inches, make marks 1 1/2 above the 10 1/2 marks on both sides.
2 pieces of designer paper 4 1/2 x 6 , mark these 1 inches in from the back and 1 1/2 inch up from the bottom, lay them on top of each other minding the pattern of the paper and slice on an angle in your trimmer.
