Easy Holiday Wreath Using Picks and Ribbon

Nothing says welcome to the holidays like a beautiful wreath on the front door. In today's video Maymay takes all the guess work out of how to get the designer look for all of those holiday wreaths. So gather up those supplies and let's create.

Supplies used:

Evergreen wreath form ( a 30 inch form was used in the video)

Ribbon

Christmas picks/floral picks

 Zip ties

Chenille Stems

Scissors

Tip 1 : Use zip ties to create your bow, you can get it cinched tight and have more control in the fluffing of the bow.

Tip 2: For that flowing ribbon look that decorators get, check the video for the tuck and hop across method!

Tip 3: Fluff the picks to get a fuller look and use the wreath form greenery to hold the picks in place.

Tip 4 : Don't be afraid to take apart the filler picks to make it easier to fill in those empty spots in the wreath and to create accents.

Tip 5: Use small pieces of ribbon to add some filler to your wreath.

Tip 6: Hang the wreath in the location you plain a displaying it and then adjust the decorations.
