Valentine Spot Light Card

This complex looking technique is actually quite simple to make. The best part it uses up some of the scraps of paper we all collect. I made two different variations one using Trixie's Valentine using the traditional Valentine colors and another using Birdie Says using bright springy non traditional colors.
To make this card you will need the following supplies:

Other materials:
- Versafine black onyx ink
- white card stock for card base 5.5" by 8.5" scored at 4.25" and 3" square piece to stamp your image on. Also a piece to stamp your sentiment on. Light weight card stock for gluing the strips on 4" by 5.25". Inside the card for the sentiment and to write on 3.5" by 4.75".
- Red card stock
- Cutter bee scissors
- Cricut trimmer
- Art Glitter Glue
- Foam Tape
- black gel pen
- nesting circle dies
4 scrap papers cut to 1.5" by 6"
inside colored mat 4" by 5.25".
