Hi Everyone Happy Wednesday To You!
Today I want to share a simple card that is great for someone who is not feeling all that great!
Here is what I used:
Rose Blush, Sandstone, Pear Green, Lemon and Nectarine
Here is how it is done:
Crease the cardstock base with your bone folder. Set aside. On one of the (4 x 5.25) white, stamp the background with blue ink using the wavy image from the Patina stamp set. Set aside. On the smaller (2.75 x 2.75) white, with black ink, stamp the umbrella and two smaller birds from the Birdie Says stamp set. . Color in with markers or pencils. Above the umbrella, with the blue ink stamp the rain drops for the Birdie Says stamp set.
Using Art Glitter Glue, adhere the large background to the front the of the gray card base. Use the same glue to adhere the smaller (3 x 3) gray piece on the front of the stamped background. I placed mine on an angle. Attach foam squares to the white piece that is now stamped and colored, Adhere this to the smaller gray on the front (again I place mine on an angle)
For the inside of the card, stamp the same rain drops with blue ink, going down the side of the cardstock. Adhere to inside of card.
I used the Mini Misti tool to stamp the greeting on the (1 x 4) white cardstock. Attach foam squares to the back of this piece and adhere to the front of the card at the bottom.
