Basic Black card stock 8.5" x 6.5" scored at 4.25" This is a larger than normal size card 4.25 x 6.5"

Delightful Dijon card stock

Black stazon ink

art glitter glue

I love fall with the bright beautiful colored leaves, cool evenings, and the harvesting of the vegetable gardens, fall soccer season and of course the kiddos going back to school!! 

This card was made by stamping on a page of an old book ( purchased from goodwill) I couldn't use any from my collection, using black stazon ink. I stamped the jar first. Then I added the sunflowers, leaves and stems from Floral Kaleidoscope stamp set. Masking off as needed.

I used my markers and a blender marker to color the flowers and the leaves.

 I then cut the page down using scissors. My book is so old that if I try to use a paper trimmer it just rips. I added ribbon and a bow with a button from my sewing stash. I stamped off the sentiment "What a beautiful blessing your are to me" from Rose Wonder stamp set on Delightful Dijon card stock, then I stamped off the coordinating framelit shape over the sentiment. I cut the sentiment out leaving a border around the framelit and colored in the edge with a black marker to look like I layered the sentiment. I added it to the front of the card using foam squares. I glued the card front to black card stock using art glitter glue. Inside I added a Delightful Dijon card stock with the sunflowers and leaves stamped in one corner using black ink.
