This color combo is definitely not typical, but that is what makes it a challenge. I just replaced white with yellow and it seemed to work, somehow. :)
I used 3 different MMI Stamp sets to get the Sentiment I wanted. I used Oval nesting dies to create a banner look with an inlay technique, then cut them in half. Used Gelly Roll Pens in Yellow and Blue to add dots and stitch marks. Then Die cut stars and added sequins for some sparkle. This was so much fun to make.
