IG Alumni DT project created by Michelle Garrison

Wreath Ornament and Card

• Easy Peasy Bow (Please see MMI tutorial on YouTube)
• Card 5-1/2”x4-1/4”
• Mat 5”x4”
• Art Glitter Glue
• Christmas Patterned Paper (any will do)
• Chipboard (I used an empty ribbon spool)
Foam Tape
• Nonstick Paper
Versafine Black Onyx Ink
• Green Ink (Ranger recommended)
• Embroidery Thread 🧵
Canson Watercolor Paper (if coloring stamped bulbs)

Simple Instructions:
1.) Cut wreath form outside circle 3-1/4”x3-1/4” inside circle 1-1/2”x1-1/2” and cover both sides with patterned paper. Also punch a small hole towards top of wreath to run an embroidery thread through and tie.
2.) Make “Easy Peasy Bow” following MMI tutorial (I used a 6”x3/4” strip and a rhinestone to decorate).
3.) Stamp 9 bulbs and 1 sentiment. Run an embroidery thread around tops of bulbs and attach to wreath with foam tape. Glue sentiment to bottom of wreath.
4.) Adhere Easy Peasy bow to top of wreath using foam tape.

5.)Make card 5-1/2”x4-1/4” and mat 5”x4”. Glue mat to center outside top of card. Making the card is totally optional. The ornament can be made alone. I also inked edges of mat with green ink.
6.)Adhere nonstick paper to back of wreath and foam tape to card mat. Place ornament onto center of card mat.
This project was so much fun and inspired by a DT member Cindy Knust-Higgins suggestion to make a mini wreath ornament, so thank you Cindy!
As always happy crafting❣️
