Be Mine Heart Wreath

Supply List:
*The Envelope Please Stamp Set

*Stitched Shapes Stamp Set

*Alpha Bold  Stamp Set

*Versafine Black Onyx Ink

*Art Glitter Glue

*Scotch Foam Tape

*6x6 Patterned Double Sided Paper Pad (any will do) I used Julie Nutting Dress Me Up

*One 12x12 Sheet Glitter Paper

*6 Solid Hearts & 3 Hallow Hearts (I hand cut mine but you can use die cuts)

*3 Small Easy Peasy Bows & 1 Large Easy Peasy Bow ( Please see Maymay's Easy Peasy Cheater Paper Bow Tutorial, the link is listed below)

*1 Paper Rose (I made mine using a 4” circle cut into a wavy spiral and then glued back together)

*White Chalk Paint & Paint Brush

*Large Sheet of Corrugated Cardboard

*Paper Doilies

*2 Mini Clothespins

*Twine

*Small Hole Puncher

*Pink Marker or Ink Pad (for inking edges)

Simple Instructions:
1.) Cut heart wreath form to approximately 14”x 12”

Center heart cut measures approx. 10”x7”... Leave a 2” border
Reinforce backing with poster-board or cereal box if form seems flimsy.
(The heart form can be any size just use smaller envelopes)

2.) Paint Wreath Form

3.) Stamp and cut 6 large envelopes

Three envelopes will be front-facing with flap glued forwards down and three envelopes will be back-facing with a flap left upwards. (Please see photos for reference)

I glued two hearts in each back-facing envelope and one paper doily (pie slice) into each front-facing envelope. (I also used a checkered stamp to make a harlequin pattern on patterned hearts.)

4.) Make 3 easy peasy bows using 1”x7” strip and one large bow using 2”x 12” strip for the top.
(Pre-made paper rose can be added to center at this time). Attach the 3 small bows to the center of forward-facing envelopes. Maymay's Easy Peasy Cheater Paper Bow Tutorial

5.) Make a mini banner using chevron flag stamp. Cut 6 flags and stamp the words BE MINE. Punch small holes on both top sides of flags and string.

6.) Add a large bow with a paper rose to the top of the wreath. Working clockwise adhere envelopes rotating back-facing and forward-facing. (I used foam tape to attach envelopes to wreath but you could carefully use hot glue).

7.) Attach mini banner with 2 mini clothespins to inside center. (I secured by punching two small holes on each side to tie banner)

8.)Tuck two hallow hearts under each clothespin and one in the bottom forward-facing envelope.

This project can be altered in any way you desire. Please feel free to make it your own crafty creation. I had so much fun painting, cutting, pasting, etc. I love all of the elements and tuck spots. There’s plenty of spaces for love notes, candy, and sentiments.
Happy Crafting ❣️

Ok. That wreath form is corrugated cardboard with white chalk paint? It looks metal. That is amazing. Beautiful.
