Graduation Day

May is the month to celebrate our Graduates. I had a few graduation

cards to make. For this one I used two of MayMay's stamp sets.

How Many and Floral Kaleidoscope. I colored my card

topper with some Faded Jeans Distress ink then ran it through

an embossing folder by Sizzix. I stamped a flower image from the

Floral Kaleidoscope set on some white cardstock and cut them

out with my ScanNCut.

I then used the same Faded Jeans ink to color some of the flowers

and a contrasting color to color some others. Matching the color

to the school colors. I cut my top embossed topper a little short

and places some contrasting paper behind it then glued on my

flowers with some Art Glitter glue and placed brads in the center.

I computer generated the Congratulations and used the How Many

stamp set to do the year. I fashioned a small tassel from crochet

thread to hang from the graduation year.

I glued my topper to a 4 ¼ X 5 ½ card base.
