Today Maymay makes over the paper stationery folder using only one piece of 12x12 paper. This pretty folder can hold various card sizes and the envelopes.
This one is a fast, easy peasy project that can be done in less than 2 hours!!!!
So gather up those 12x12 pattern papers and let's create!

Folder: 12" x 12" piece of pattern paper score at 7 1/4" and 10 3/4" turn one time and score at 6"
Gusset: 2 pieces of cardstock cut to 1" (w) x 3 1/4" (l) and score down the middle at 1/2"
Cover Mat: the cover measures 7 1/4" x 6" , we cut the paper down to measure 6 3/4" x 5 1/2" see the video for correct cutting
